With fifteen years experience in the consulting and textile industries, Ms. Lamont brings a mix of skills with her consulting portfolio. Ms. Lamont has led global category initiatives in the categories of engineering services, marketing and advertising, temporary services, MRO and contract garment manufacturing categories. In addition, she has led national teams in the categories with marketing printed materials, premiums & trinkets, and professional services, and In addition, Ms. Lamont has designed a global procurement infrastructure for a key media and entertainment client and developed materials that have been successfully used as a guideline approach on several engagements. Also, she has worked with firm leadership and external vendor to pilot and create first e-Sourcing relationship that generated additional revenues for the firm, and complemented manual sourcing offering. Her prior consulting experience was consulting for a top tier strategy firm, where her project experience included strategic sourcing, strategy development, and market analysis.

In addition, she just completed a two year Directorship on NAPM-NY's Board in the area of manufacturing.
