1. How can I become a member of SDG, how much does it cost, and what are my benefits?
 
Answer:
Becoming a member of SDG is easy. Membership is open to all ISM members at no additional fee. To join just fill out the membership application and forward it per the instructions. The benefits of being a member are several. You have access to any resources like our newsletter, our website, and any studies that are conducted by SDG. You would be notified of educational opportunities in advance via our newsletter on SDG sponsored workshops and seminars. In addition, there are networking opportunities to meet others who have similar work responsibilities and interests in seeking solutions and working on problems in supplier diversity.
 
2. How can I get involved with SDG?
 
Answer:
As a SDG member, you are eligible to serve on any of our committees or work on any of our projects. To serve on a committee, contact the chair of that committee directly and offer your services. To be considered as an instructor for a workshop or seminar, contact the chair of the Education Committee.
 
3. Who qualifies for membership?
 
Answer:
All members of ISM as well as students who are studying supply chain management.
 
4. What is the cost?
 
Answer:
Only your commitment.
 
5. Can I belong to more than one group or forum?
 
Answer:
Becoming a member of M/WBDG is in addition to your participation in other groups and forums that are industry specific.
